What does my sales page link look like?
Every page gets a short link like madukelulut.nakjual.com. You can change the first part in your page settings. If you own a domain, you can use that instead, for example shop.yourbrand.my.
Do I need a payment gateway account?
For online payment, yes. Connect your own ToyyibPay, Billplz or CHIP account, and buyers pay you by FPX or card. You can also start with cash on delivery only, and add online payment later.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You pay RM75 a month for each published page, and that is all. Your payment gateway charges its own small fee per payment, the same as anywhere else.
Can I write the page myself?
Yes. The AI writer is optional. Each page gets 5 AI writes a month, and you can edit any section by hand at any time. Always check AI text before you publish, and use only real reviews from real buyers.
Will it work with my Facebook and TikTok ads?
Yes. Add your Meta Pixel ID and TikTok Pixel ID in the page settings. Add a Conversions API token too, and Meta still hears about each purchase when the browser blocks the pixel.
How do I pay for NakJual?
Through Stripe, in ringgit. Pay by card and the plan renews by itself each month. Or pay by FPX, and we send you an invoice each month.
Can I sell more than one product?
Yes. One page can list several products or packages, each with its own price. Need a different page for a different product? Add another page to your plan.
What happens if I stop paying?
You can cancel any time. Your pages stay online until the end of the month you paid for, plus 7 days. Then they go offline, and they are deleted after 30 days. You can always download your orders.
Can you build me a full custom website?
Yes. NakJual is made by Vortechron, and we also build custom websites: online stores, booking systems and company sites. Email [email protected] and tell us what you need.
