Privacy Policy

NakJual is operated by Vortechron Studio. You can reach us at [email protected].

When you sign up we collect your name, email address, business name and WhatsApp number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

We store the pages you build, the products you sell, your payment gateway keys (encrypted), and your tracking IDs for Meta and TikTok.

When a buyer orders from a sales page, we store their name, phone number, delivery address, email address if given, and the order details. We keep these for the seller so they can deliver the order. We do not use buyer details for anything else, and we do not sell them.

We count page visits to show sellers their analytics: the page, the time, the source of the visit and a daily anonymous visitor ID made without cookies. We do not build profiles of buyers.

We use Stripe to bill sellers, Cloudflare to deliver pages securely, and an AI provider (Anthropic) to write page drafts from the brief a seller gives. Online payments from buyers are handled by the seller’s own gateway: ToyyibPay, Billplz or CHIP.

If a seller adds a Meta Pixel, Conversions API token or TikTok Pixel, those services receive page events and purchase events from that seller’s page.

Seller accounts are kept while the account is open. Pages are deleted 30 days after a plan ends. Order records are kept so sellers can download them, until the seller asks us to delete them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Buyers can ask the seller they ordered from, or contact us directly.
