Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a NakJual account or use a NakJual sales page plan. NakJual is operated by Vortechron Studio.

The sales page plan is RM75 per month for each published sales page, with no setup fee. You pay through Stripe in ringgit. Card plans renew automatically each month. FPX plans are billed by an invoice we email each month, because FPX cannot renew automatically. A plan paid by FPX starts when the first invoice is paid.

Each page slot includes 5 AI page writes per calendar month. Unused writes do not roll over. AI-written text is a draft: check it before you publish, and replace any example testimonials with real ones.

Buyers pay you directly through your own payment gateway account (such as ToyyibPay, Billplz or CHIP), or by cash on delivery. We take no share of your sales. Gateway fees, couriers and your own domain are your costs.

You can cancel at any time. Your pages stay online until the end of the month you paid for, and for 7 days after that. They then go offline and are deleted 30 days after the plan ends. Your order records stay available to download. Months already paid are not refunded.

You are responsible for your products, prices and claims, for delivering what you sell, and for following consumer protection, advertising and personal data laws, including the PDPA, for the buyer details your pages collect.

Do not use a sales page for anything illegal, for scams, for misleading health or income claims, or for products that your payment gateway does not allow. We may take a page offline that breaks these rules.

Keep your account details and your payment gateway keys private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

We work to keep pages online at all times, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features, and we will tell you before a change that affects your price.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
